At your own pace
Work through focused questions before your draft is generated for lawyer review.

GoodTerms is a small Canadian team in Toronto, operated by Prenuply AI Inc. We turn guided answers into a personalized prenup, postnup, or cohabitation agreement template, then help each partner request a separate lawyer referral for independent review.
GoodTerms grew from an engagement, not a business plan. In 2025, our founder searched for a prenup in Toronto and found options that felt expensive, slow, and meeting-heavy before there was even a first draft. That experience highlighted how much early work goes into collecting facts and assembling a starting point before personalized legal advice begins. The first version launched in Toronto in December 2025. Prenuply AI Inc. incorporated in January 2026 and now operates GoodTerms. We apply a disciplined release process, publish our legal boundaries, and make clear that every template is a starting point for independent advice, not a replacement for it. We are also looking for a legal co-founder.

Each document uses your answers, then runs through automated consistency checks that flag and revise potential gaps before you see it. This is not a lawyer review.
Every province guide links to the legislation it relies on. Guide content was last reviewed on June 16, 2026 against official provincial sources.
We use encrypted connections, access controls, and secure payment processing. Our Privacy and Security pages explain how platform providers and lawyer-referral requests handle information.
Prices are shown in CAD before checkout. There is no subscription, and the 30-day money-back guarantee is stated before you pay.
After drafting, each partner can request a separate referral to an independent Canadian family lawyer.
Prenups, postnups, and cohabitation agreements are the start. Any future product will launch only after its scope, safeguards, and professional-review path are ready.
Serve couples in all ten provinces while continuing to expand provincial guides and lawyer-referral coverage.
Prenuply AI Inc. is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Our service helps create working agreement templates. Each partner should obtain advice from separate legal counsel before signing, and Quebec marriage contracts must be completed through a notary. A lawyer-client relationship begins only if a lawyer agrees to act and is independently retained.
Answer a few questions now. Review it with a lawyer when you're ready.
